We ask you to sign a consent form which allows us to take your pet to our local vet if we consider it necessary. This service is carried out free of charge, but you will incur all the vet costs. If you prefer your pet to be taken to your own vet we ask for pet transport/pet taxi charge on top of all vet costs you incur.

 Boarding

This service is for all your indoor/ outdoor caged pets

As your pet carers we are able to look after your pet in our home.

You can discuss with us, all about your pets daily routine and how you would like them to be cared for.

You will need to provide all of their food, treats and any bedding material for the length of their stay, due to keeping their food ect, to what they are used to so they dont get any upset stomachs.

We will clean their food and water bowls and any other item that needs it regualy as and when needed. 

Ensure to give fresh food and make sure fresh water is always available

Clean cages, hutch or litter tray(s)

Give your pet(s) fuss, cuddles, play and groom and clean eyes if required (with long haired breeds) and at this time making sure there are no obvious health concerns

Brush them [if needed and appriopiate]

We will ask you to drop your pet off and pick them up again from our home.

If you need your pet to be picked up or dropped off then this may be arranged at an additional cost. [see pet transport/taxi]

 Visiting

This service is for all your indoor/ outdoor caged pets 

As your pet carers of your home visits we are able to look after your pet in your/their home, so your pets are able to maintain their own diet and exercise routine, and enjoy the personal attention provided by us

We can come once or twice a day to feed, and water, cleaning of food and water bowls and any other item that needs it on each visit, ensuring to give fresh food to make sure fresh water is always available, and we can give your pet(s) fuss, cuddles, play and groom and clean eyes if required (with long haired breeds) and at this time making sure there are no obvious health concerns

We will clean your hutches or cages or litter trays as needed. 

You can discuss with us, all about your pets daily routine and how you would like them to be cared for.

You will need to provide all of their food, treats and any bedding material for the length of time you are away, due to keeping their food ect, to what they are used to so they dont get any upset stomachs.

 

During each pet visit we always provide a security check around your home as standard to make sure your home is secure by checking all downstairs rooms, doors and windows, including outside your property, gates and your full property boundary for your peace of mind.

 

On the visits we are also more than happy to water indoor plants, putting refuse and recycling out for collection - bringing empty bins/boxes back in, and pick up and place your mail/parcels in your designated area, draw curtains or close blinds each evening and open each morning, turn lights on/off as required, leave radios or televisions on at different times to give the impression someone is still home, to make your home look occupied in your absence

 

When we come round to your home to meet you and talk through your pets routine we can discuss any domestic duties that may be needed.

At the time of the visit we will also collect a set of keys for this service.
